Heather Braddy

Heather Braddy, Director of Operations


Heather leverages over a decade of operations experience to lead the Client Success Team, create and implement process efficiencies, and work closely with the CEO on strategic planning. She serves as a point of contact for Table Mountain consultants, clients, and vendors.


Heather spent nine years at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) supporting leadership development programs, executive coaching engagements, and managing research and evaluation projects. As a Program Coordinator, she co-created the paperless Leadership Development Program® (LDP) process, piloted it with clients, and trained operations teams. During her time as a Project Manager in Coaching Operations, she worked with some of CCL’s most prominent clients to deliver large-scale coaching initiatives. She worked with a variety of clients on coach community building, report generation, and materials development for coaches, leaders, managers, executive assistants, and HR business partners. As Senior Project Manager for Global Research and Evaluation, she managed various internal and client-facing projects and ensured operational excellence across the group. She has worked with organizations in the private, nonprofit, and public sectors.

Heather earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.

Heather enjoys spending time with her family, photography, and traveling.
