Candice’s pioneering attitude drove her to accept one of the few seats reserved for women at the previously all-male University of Notre Dame. She rapidly attained her doctorate in clinical and applied psychology as well as relocated to Germany to build a new program for family members of U.S. personnel living abroad. As a firsthand witness of the massive social and cultural change following the fall of the Berlin Wall, Candice redirected her career from Clinical Psychology to Organizational Transformation and Leadership Development.  

Candice’s experience spans healthcare, education, energy, engineering, entertainment, family-owned business, financial services, government, insurance, law, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, philanthropic, and publishing. Some clients include Memorial Health Systems, Rockefeller Foundation, Shire Pharmaceuticals, PartnerRe Insurance, Getty Images, Mars, Virginia Tech, UCLA, Northwestern University and MTV.

Areas of special interest are senior leader coaching, women’s leadership, and family business succession.

In addition to consultancy, Candice spent over 20 years at the Center for Creative Leadership as an executive coach, facilitator, organizational consultant and author. She welcomes complexity, embraces barriers, and partners with fellow travelers on the journey of a lifetime.  Several passports later, her expertise and knowledge has been enhanced by each new and welcome challenge.  When not working, Candice enjoys all the wonders of Colorado living; hiking, skiing and yoga with her husband and three adult children.
