About the Founder

Dr. Johan Naude, Founder of Table Mountain

Dr. Johan Naudé founded Table Mountain Consulting Group (Table Mountain) to be a premier provider of coaching, assessment, and leadership selection and development services.

Table Mountain emerged from Dr. Naude’s 20 years of experience as a U.S. Army psychologist working with Special Operations forces and then as a Global Coaching Leader and Senior Faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL).

Table Mountain is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB).

Our Team

Dr. Naudé and his team have considerable experience coaching front line leaders, senior executives, and teams across multiple industries in public and private sectors. Table Mountain’s coaches come from a range of professional backgrounds and experiences. All are trained by top organizations like CCL and most are credentialed through internationally recognized bodies such as ICF, EMCC and CCE.

Leadership Selection and Development

Table Mountain brings proven development models, methodologies, publications, leadership, coaching scholarship, and innovative products to our work and clients. Since our launch in April 2016, we have worked with clients in the U.S., Latin America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Table Mountain’s assessment tools and processes generate nuanced information about pre-hire candidates, high potential leaders, and leaders up for promotion. Assessment services range from a lighter touch with psychometrics to customized, leader-lab business simulations designed to support leadership selection and development.

Through our partnership with Paradigm Personality Labs, we offer certification in the WorkPlace assessment suite, including the WorkPlace Big Five Profile, 4.0, the WorkPlace Values Profile, and the WorkPlace Performance 360.

Table Mountain takes a systemic approach to our coaching services, which include:

  • Executive and on-boarding coaching
  • Leadership team coaching
  • A range of skills training programs such as:
    • Consultative skills training for HR Partners
    • Teaching leaders and managers to turn everyday interactions into developmental and performance conversations
    • Training HR or line leaders to be internal coaches
