While we are not currently listed as an approved provider of continuing education by US State psychology boards, ICF, CCE or SHRM, participants have been able to earn continuing education hours through these organizations by submitting the certification workshop objectives and agenda, along with a copy of their program certificate.
The Core Certification Program covers basic and in-depth WorkPlace Big Five™ applications to help HR/OD/LD/Consultants solve problems in all aspects of organizational development. You do not have to be a subject-matter expert when you take the course, but you will be well on your way to being one when you complete it.

Absolutely! If you have at least eight people in your organization wanting to get certified, we can come to you and complete the in-person session in 2 days. If you have fewer than 8 people who need certification, our online certification program is self-paced and user friendly, making it easy to complete the training at your pace and at times convenient to you.
