ALREADY WELL VERSED IN ASSESSMENTS? GET QUALIFIED

Among psychological test publishers in the United States, Paradigm assessments are considered Level B psychological materials. There are two different ways that you can qualify to purchase Paradigm assessments:

  1. Complete the WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ certification program, either in person or online. Complete the online WorkPlace Performance 360°™ certification program. No matter how credentialed, we believe completing a certification program is the best foundation from which to learn how to apply our assessments.
  2. Complete this contact form to receive a link to WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ qualification form and/or WorkPlace Performance 360°™ qualification form so that we have a record of your statement attesting that you have satisfied Level B requirements as follows:
    1. Have at least an undergraduate degree in psychology or a related field (such as counseling).
    2. Completed courses in tests and measurements (psychometrics), educational or psychological statistics, and/or test interpretation.
    3. OR appropriate licensure.

Qualification process steps for WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ are as follows

  1. Complete qualification form after Table Mountain sends you the link.
  2. Table Mountain will send you links to complete the WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ and WorkPlace Values Profile™ surveys.
  3. Table Mountain will send you the professional manuals, which you need to review prior to the next step.
  4. 2 hour online meeting with a Paradigm Master Trainer to review your assessment reports, answer your questions and get you ready to start using the assessments.
  5. Use your free tryout of the WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ and the WorkPlace Values Profile™.

Qualification process steps for WorkPlace Performance 360°™ are as follows

  1. Complete qualification form after Table Mountain sends you the link.
  2. Table Mountain will send you the professional manual, which you need to review prior to the next step.
  3. 1 hour online meeting with a Paradigm Master Trainer to review the 360° platform, answer your questions, and get you ready to start using the assessment.

While we are not currently listed as an approved provider of continuing education by US State psychology boards, ICF, CCE or SHRM, participants have been able to earn continuing education hours through these organizations by submitting the certification workshop objectives and agenda, along with a copy of their program certificate.

The Core Certification Program covers basic and in-depth WorkPlace Big Five™ applications to help HR/OD/LD/Consultants solve problems in all aspects of organizational development. You do not have to be a subject-matter expert when you take the course, but you will be well on your way to being one when you complete it.

Definitely. The Big Five, or Five Factor Model of Personality is the gold standard in psychological research. Our WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ product builds on this research with in-depth assessments and reports that provide a nuanced look into personality traits as they apply to the workplace and the schoolplace. Absolutely! If you have at least eight people in your organization wanting to get certified, we can come to you and complete the in-person session in 2 days. If you have fewer than 8 people who need certification, our online certification program is self-paced and user friendly, making it easy to complete the training at your pace and at times convenient to you.
