Jeanine Adams, Global Operations Leader

Background and industry experience

Jeanine is a highly experienced operations leader with a strong background in managing complex projects and teams. Holding two Master’s degrees (Organizational Communication and Conflict Resolution), she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.  

Throughout her career, Jeanine has successfully managed hundreds of people and projects, focusing on leading with clarity and empathy. She has a track record of initiating and implementing significant initiatives that involve strategic thinking and an ability to drive successful outcomes through change. Her experience has taught her the importance of clear communication, effective conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.  

Jeanine started her career at the Center for Creative Leadership and spent fifteen years with them, first as a program coordinator and then as a Global Operations Manager in support of their coaching business. She then spent the next fifteen years of her career mostly in the financial services industry at companies like Bank of America, Citibank, and Mortgage Connect continuing her operations focus. In her most recent role as a Senior Vice President, Post Execution, Jeanine was instrumental in implementing infrastructure to support the business.
