Dr. Mikamo has worked with senior executives from various fields, including manufacturing, media, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, financial, consulting, chemical, transportation, retail, IT, telecommunication, higher education, medical research, legal, and government in the Americas, APAC, and EMEA as well as top level scientists and elite athletes.

Leveraging years of project-based instructional experiences at professional and graduate schools in psychology, education, and leadership sciences as well as group facilitation experiences for a variety of industries, she grasps the characteristics of individual members and the systemic dynamics of each group to utilize the most effective approaches in mobilizing their innate drive to grow.
