Background & Industry Experience

Joe has 20 years of in-house corporate experience at Accenture – including national and global management roles in technology consulting, corporate finance, human resources management, and talent development. He began coaching in 1997, initially as an internal corporate coach at Accenture and then shifting in 2008 to become a partner at a consultancy, where hcoached and consulted with hundreds of leaders and teams in organizations across industries and around the globe. Joe’s clients have included organizations in technology and consulting, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, energy and utilities, manufacturing and distribution, consumer packaged goods and financial services, architecture and media, universities and non-profits, and others. He’s worked with CEOs and other executives from EVPs to directors in mostly large and mid-sized global companies who lead technology, finance, operations, human resources, marketing and other functions.
