Adam brings over a decade of diverse experience in executive leadership, operations, and client relations positions. Over the past 7 years he has been working in venture capital, funding and supporting high growth potential start-ups in Africa. He now serves as the point of contact for Table Mountain clients in the EMEA region.

BACKGROUND & INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Adam most recently served as CEO of Growth Grid Venture Capital Partners. The funds vision was to stimulate inclusive economic growth in South Africa by supporting SMEs with capital, mentorship, and market access. His main responsibilities included fund administration, investor & investee reporting, managing due diligence workstreams, investment analysis and coaching & guiding portfolio companies towards key value-creating objectives post investment.

Previously, Adam co-founded District Furniture + Design, a multidisciplinary design company specializing in high-end furniture and architectural fittings. He has also served as an Advertising Sales Executive at Condé Nast Magazines and Account Manager for clothing brands such as 46664 with the Nelson Mandela Foundation and FIFA 2010 World Cup official apparel.

Adam earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics from the University of South Africa. He completed certifications in FinTech from GIBS Business School and Financial Modelling & Analysis from the University of Cape Town.

Adam currently resides in Cape Town, South Africa. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, surfing and training for half marathons. He is a dedicated and passionate Liverpool FC soccer fan.
