As Client Success Manager at Table Mountain Consulting Group, Bernadette brings 16 years of experience in event and project management and has worked mostly within leadership development and education. She serves as a point of contact for Table Mountain consultants, clients, and vendors.
Bernadette spent almost four years at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) supporting executive coaching engagements and leadership development programs. She started at CCL as a Program Coordinator, organizing logistics and materials for leadership development programs, and shortly after moved to the coaching team. As a Coaching Implementation Manager, she managed a variety of clients, including the top three revenue generating executive coaching clients, and worked with coaches, leaders, and HRBP’s. Prior to CCL, she worked for fourteen years as an event planner, which included conferences for continuing education, speaker events, and weddings, ranging in small to large scale events up to 4,000+ attendees. She has worked with organizations in the private, nonprofit, and public sectors.
Bernadette earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of California, Irvine. She earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification in 2005.
Bernadette currently lives in San Diego, CA and previously lived in Orange County, CA and Hawaii. She enjoys traveling, baking, planning events, and volunteering. Bernadette is currently volunteering as the Event Logistics Chair for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s and on the volunteer committee for the Longest Day, both for the Alzheimer’s Association of San Diego.
