EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

At some point, every capable leader encounters a situation that cannot be solved by working harder. Candice works with founders, executives, leadership teams, and boards at moments that matter — leadership transitions, organizational inflection points, cultural disruption, strategic uncertainty, and deeply personal questions about what comes next.

Background & INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

Candice’s work sits at the intersection of the “I and the We”. Early in her career, while serving as a Clinical Psychologist with the U.S. Military in Germany, Candice witnessed the fall of the Berlin Wall firsthand. Watching entire systems reorganize themselves in real time profoundly shaped her understanding of human adaptation, identity, and change. It shifted her professional focus from the microcosm of family systems to the larger dynamics of organizations, culture, and collective efficacy.

Candice later spent more than two decades with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), where, in addition to leading the Coaching Practice, served as facilitator, researcher, author, and leadership development specialist working with senior leaders and executive teams across industries and cultures.

Today, based in Manitou Springs, Colorado, Candice is known for creating the conditions for honest reflection, strategic clarity, and meaningful forward movement. Clients seek her out not simply for her perspective, but for her ability to surface patterns, and help people regulate themselves when the stakes are high.

Her Signature Offering provides a time-bound methodology for Founders and top level leaders to take some days of reflection and conversation to discover the next right thing.

Candice’s approach blends behavioral science, systems thinking, organizational experience, and grounded humanity. She believes sustainable leadership requires both internal alignment and external effectiveness — and that the most important transitions are rarely only professional.

When not working with clients, Candice can usually be found somewhere outdoors in Colorado, or gathering people around food and conversation.
