An ICF-qualified executive coach, Khushali works with technology leaders, senior lateral hires, and high-potential talent as they step into expanded roles, lead transformation initiatives, and operate within global, matrixed organizations. She combines executive coaching with psychometric assessment to build the leadership capability required to deliver sustainable business and technology outcomes.
Khushali brings deep experience from the Professional and Financial Services sector, having worked within global firms including Deloitte, KPMG, UBS, Merrill Lynch, and Arthur Andersen, as well as advising clients across the Technology, Pharmaceuticals, and Retail industry. At Deloitte, as both a Coach and Resourcing Business Partner for Consulting, she supported senior leaders aligned to high-growth Technology Consulting areas including Digital, Cyber, AI & Data, and Enterprise Technology. In this role, she partnered closely with technology leaders to support their own integration into the firm and to address the people and leadership challenges associated with technology-led transformation—both internally and in client-facing environments.
As an Associate with the Center for Creative Leadership, Khushali has also assisted technology organizations linked to the Saudi Vision 2030 agenda, working with leaders navigating large-scale transformation, capability building, and substantial change.
Khushali brings deep experience supporting senior leaders in global, matrixed organizations, with a strong understanding of “what good looks like” in complex, technology-driven environments. Drawing on her background in recruitment and executive coaching—having interviewed and advised hundreds of senior executives—she works with leaders to build the capability required to operate at scale and lead effectively in highly uncertain and ambiguous conditions at intense pace.
She began her career in Global Corporate Finance at Arthur Andersen, specializing in M&A within the healthcare sector, giving her a strong commercial foundation and a practical understanding of business imperatives, delivery pressure, and executive decision-making. This experience underpins her credibility when working with senior leaders accountable for large-scale enterprise-wide outcomes.
Khushali has held a range of roles across the Human Capital spectrum, including HR Generalist, Learning & Development, and Recruitment, within global organizations. At both KPMG and Deloitte, she worked with senior leadership on the recruitment, development and retention of internal promotes and lateral hires at Equity Partner level. At Deloitte, alongside overseeing resourcing for Consulting, she was part of the internal coaching cadre, supporting leaders at Executive level across all Service Lines.
As an executive coach and consultant, Khushali works with C-suite and senior leaders in the Technology and Financial Services sectors, including organizations such as IFS, a leading provider of Industrial AI and enterprise software, and RSM, a global consulting network. She partners closely with CIOs, CISOs, and senior technology leaders to support enterprise-wide technology and organizational transformation.
Having been born in India, raised in the US, and having lived and worked in both the US and UK, Khushali brings a genuinely global perspective. She regularly works with leaders and teams across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, supporting Executives to effectively lead across the globe, given her unique multicultural perspective.
