Monica has worked in the leadership development field for over 28 years.  Prior to joining Table Mountain, Monica was with the Leadership Foundry (LF) as well as the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), where she focused on course coordination, client services, and program operations.  She specialized in working with LF’s and CCL’s Military and Government accounts.

Monica received her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with a double minor in English and Journalism from Elon College.

Monica enjoys spending time with her family while boating on Lake Norman. She is an enthusiastic sports fan of the Green Bay Packers, Washington Nationals and Washington Capitals. She likes traveling, reading and listening to live music.
