Natalie worked in the nonprofit sector for over a decade, largely focusing on planning and delivering continuing education for medical professionals in the form of meetings ranging from 50 to 1,000+ attendees. She currently also works as the Director for a nonprofit alternative gift-giving program, Digital Organizer for the Faith Alliance for Climate Solutions, and Senior Project Manager for O.R. Talent.

Natalie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from North Carolina State University. She is an alumnus of the Center for Creative Leadership’s Leadership Fundamentals and Maximizing Your Leadership Potential programs.

Natalie enjoys writing, reading, yoga, volunteering, and spending time with her husband, son, and two cats.
