Natalie is a German national, born and raised in Rome, Italy. She has lived and worked in the UK, Belgium, France and Kenya. As an organizational psychologist, executive coach, leadership development facilitator and consultant, Natalie is highly multicultural and has worked with hundreds of leaders across many industries across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, US, and Asia. Natalie’s global business experience spans over 20 years across the technology and professional consulting services sector. Natalie brings this wealth of experience to her global role at Table Mountain.
Prior to becoming a professional qualified ICF (PCC level) leadership coach, mental well-being coach and occupational psychology consultant, Natalie held various corporate roles in the technology and consulting services sector. The most recent corporate executive roles Natalie held were that of Global VP Leadership & Development at Infosys (a 120,000 employees global IT services firm in India) and Chief Talent Officer for a global leading engineering consulting firm.
Previously, Natalie held positions as Head of Talent Development at Yahoo! Europe, Head of Executive Coaching Practice & Portfolio and Leadership Programs Director EMEA, at the Centre for Creative Leadership. Before that she was HIPO MBA Selection & Development Lead at Dell and Recruitment Consultant at SITA (Airline Technology). At the start of her career, she was based in Kenya at the United Nations Southern & Eastern Africa, where she was responsible for fund raising and skills education for underprivileged youth in the Nairobi main slum areas.
Natalie delivers executive coaching & training in support of leadership and organizational culture development. She supports learning interventions for organizations to help shape their culture for increased employee engagement, development of coaching & feedback skills for managers and stress reduction in organizations. As a certified individual and team coach, she also delivers 1:1 executive and team coaching across a variety of industries and geographies. Her coaching approach includes different evidence-based methods ranging from positive psychology through to the science of well-being and includes authentic, cross cultural and transformational leadership.
Natalie facilitates group and team coaching/learning sessions, across different industry sectors ranging from technology through to retail, biotech, cybersecurity, software /IT managed services, pharma, Oil and Gas, consulting, and the EU government sector.
Natalie’s experience holding various senior leadership talent roles ranging from Head of Talent EMEA in the startup hypergrowth fast moving technology sector to Chief Talent Officer for the professional services/engineering sector coupled with her client consulting experience informs her approach to talent strategy consulting. As a talent leader of small and large global teams she was responsible for defining talent strategies and ensuring their execution, covering the entire talent life cycle from talent acquisition, management through to development and retention.
