As an executive coach and facilitator, Tony has worked with senior leaders across global organizations, including those in technology, professional services, healthcare, and complex multinational environments. His work focuses less on industry and more on the demands of leading at scale-navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders across functions, and delivering results in rapidly evolving contexts. 

He regularly supports leaders who are:

• Leading through ongoing restructuring, growth, and organizational change 
• Managing highly capable, independent teams in low-ego, high-expectation environments 
• Operating within matrixed systems that require influence without formal authority 

Tony is particularly skilled at helping leaders translate insight into practical shifts in behavior-especially in communication, decision-making, and team leadership-so that change is both visible and sustainable. 

Prior to his coaching career, Tony served 23 years as a U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel in international assignments across Australia, Germany, Italy, Iraq, South Korea, and the United States. He led diverse, cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments where clarity, adaptability, and alignment were essential. This experience continues to inform his work with executives navigating complexity, pressure, and competing priorities. 

Tony grew up in France, Germany, and the United States and now lives in Como, Italy, with his wife and their teenage twins. He is a native English speaker and is developing fluency in French.
