Prior to his coaching career, Tony served 23 years as a U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel in international assignments across Australia, Germany, Italy, Iraq, South Korea, and the United States. He led diverse, cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments where clarity, adaptability, and alignment were essential. This experience continues to inform his work with executives navigating complexity, pressure, and competing priorities.
Tony grew up in France, Germany, and the United States and now lives in Como, Italy, with his wife and their teenage twins. He is a native English speaker and is developing fluency in French.
