As both an operational leader and an organization development professional, Nancy has over 25 years of experience developing leaders. She is an accomplished leader, coach, consultant, facilitator, and trainer. Her focus is on partnering with leaders and teams to strengthen their effectiveness, accelerate their performance, and enhance their contributions to the organization.
Achieving the highest credential from the International Coach Federation, Nancy is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with extensive experience coaching senior executives, high potential leaders, and teams. Nancy builds trust quickly, guiding leaders through a collaborative process to define their leadership aspirations, accelerate their performance and advance business outcomes. In addition to her affiliation with TMCG, Nancy is an Adjunct Coach with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), a member of the Executive Coach Cadre with BPI group, and a Master Trainer with the Institute for Healthcare Communication.
Nancy spent over decade as a leader at Aurora Health Care, a 15 hospital health system, where in her last role she served as Director for the Leadership Coaching Center of Excellence. In that role, Nancy designed and implemented the enterprise-wide Leadership Coaching Center of Excellence. She oversaw internal and external coaching engagements, provided executive coaching to senior leaders and physicians, developed internal coaches in alignment with International Coach Federation standards.
Nancy has worked extensively with leaders and leadership teams in several industries, including government, pharmaceuticals, health care, airlines, and automotive. Her clients are senior leaders whose backgrounds include engineering, medical, science, and regulatory oversight. Their responsibilities include securing our nation’s health and safety, fighting diseases, creating new technology, and driving innovation.
