Developing Leaders

Following a tested and rigorous process to ensure the most critical skills are identified and developed:

On-site visits to high performing sites to identify and define critical leadership skills  to be replicated at other sites. The critical skills will inform the assessment process.

The assessment process  reveals critical leadership skills and gaps of all Managers.

The leadership development program is informed by results of the assessment process and will focus on developing the critical Manager skills with the greatest gap.
