Mitzi held senior leadership roles with P&L responsibility in sales, marketing, operations and general management during a span of 25+ years with Fortune 50 Companies–PepsiCo and Procter & Gamble. Since transitioning to an independent consulting practice, Mitzi specializes in executive leadership coaching (individual and team), leadership development, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and diversity and inclusion strategy. Having served on the Advisory Board for a global franchise company and as owner of several franchise locations, Mitzi provides additional insight and deeper perspective for those working in growth companies and/or entrepreneurial divisions or businesses. Mitzi is an Adjunct Executive Coach with the University of Oregon’s Executive MBA Program and is an Executive Coach and Facilitator with the Center for Creative Leadership.
